Company liquidated in July. Customer service is a joke and they do not have their things in order. Make sure you do everything in writing and do not rely on telling the reps over the phone what you want.
We had medical insurance from Inhealth. Company was liquidated by Ohio Department of Insurance due to poor financial health and consumers are forced to switch to new plans mid year where their existing paid deductibles are being reset to zero. This is impacting tens of thousands of consumers like us where they will now have to pay thousands of dollars again to meet the deductible limits. Terrible!!!
Horrible insurance they left my mom a 1600.00 bill for blood work and x-ray the worst insurance you can get
Horrible! They denied a lot of my insurance payments and left me holding the bag for a lot of charges! I would avoid them! I didn't have this problem with other insurance companies.
