Some changes are not always for the better. What was once a lovely clinic on Brebner Drive with 'old style' care and concern, from the Dr to reception staff, has now transitioned to Inhealth Medical. It has now become impersonal, cold, with a less than desirable ‘bed side’ manner, not family friendly. Such a shame. There is a high turnover of reception staff. I paid $52 out of pocket for nothing. It took 2 days to see a doctor. Could not see my regular doctor. I have severe throat pain, body aches and headaches.The doctor could not tell me what I have and couldn't even do a swab test. He sent me to pathology to get a test and now I need to wait 48 hours to get results back. Then he has the audacity to ask, when do you want to go back to work!

Sorry to see I am not the only one to see issues with Dr Roque, thought it was just me. I think he is sadly lacking in empathy, started out good. He made me feel guilty just being there they way he looked at me disbelievingly, I didn't bother asking about other issues. Now looking for another doc.
