Sorry to see I am not the only one to see issues with Dr Roque, thought it was just me. I think he is sadly lacking in empathy, started out good. He made me feel guilty just being there they way he looked at me disbelievingly, I didn't bother asking about other issues. Now looking for another doc.
Really happy with my experience at In Health Medical West Lakes. The staff were very welcoming and made everything feel easy and stress-free. The doctors took the time to listen and explain things clearly, which I really appreciated. You can tell they genuinely care about their patients. Definitely a 5-star experience and a place I’d recommend to family and friends.

An incredible clinic with exemplary service. My whole family uses it and I couldn’t recommend it highly enough. I find the doctors provide personal care and focus as much on the relationship with the patient as they do the illnesses or ailments. Another reason I rate it so highly is that there is clear communication between doctors about patients when necessary.
