Have tried to get cpap replaced over a month now. Ashley will never return calls, voice mail full unable to leave message for her, lies about progress of order, and today told we will probably just have to find a new DME company to order cpap through. Most unprofessional company I have dealt with and I have been in nursing 27 years.

Great Employees, Great service. Ashley was so Helpful , when it came to rent a Bi pap machine, We were private pay and no other rental company was leasing there equipment to us altus rented us the BIPAP. She stayed late to make sure and deliver us BIPAP in time. Explained everything. Even checked back with us if my MOM was doing OK and helped us with setting so she felt much better in her last days.

I called for information about an electric bed, lift, and table for my ill brother without insurance. I spoke to Jessica and she was very informed, polite and kind. We were able to get all that was needed and it will be promptly delivered. It was such a pleasant surprise to reach a company that stills believes in cutomer service.
