Communication is TERRIBLE. I called the INH office number listed for Waite Park twice regarding stealing at my property and no one has called me back after over a week. So I decided to involve local law enforcement, only to find out that Stephan our previous Community Manager lied to me about who was stealing items from outside my apartment. INH has provided the WORST leasing experience I’ve ever had since taking over Timber Cove. If I could give INH a zero I would. Do yourself a favor and just stay away from INH properties. This company doesn’t care about you as a tenant, they only care about the money.
