RENTER BEWARE!!! They will make you turn in your keys when your lease ends, and then charge you for the month after it ended. Where you have no acess to the apartment or parking the entire month. Then ruin your credit if you can't pay it. They did this to all 4 of my neighbors who moved out the same month as me, so I imagine they do it to everyone. They are scammers. Don't get scammed like me.

Terrible company watch out they will go in your apartment when you're gone. Without a 24 hour notice. Very shady company. They rummaged through my stuff and stole money. Terrible company.

Don't live at their properties, they are cheap and only update common areas. If you need something fixed that isn't legally required good luck, want to talk about your lease good luck, need to call them good luck. Want to live without being bothered, not a chance. I was giving my 2 and 3 year old a bath after a playground visit, even though I told the landlord to wait he entered and went into the bathroom were my kids were naked in the bath. I am a tenant at one of INH Properties. The property manager at my site is constantly unprofessional. I called corporate to report the behavior and the person I spoke with at corporate, Brian Hamilton, was very nonchalant and had no regards of my concerns as a tenant. Property is decent but management and upper management is trash. Do not rent here.

There is no one in office, all I keep getting is voicemails, no one ever returns my messages, and they refuse to listen.
