INH property are rude and heartless. I live in 2 bridges Square in downtown Anoka. I have allergies to house plants. I 76 years old I said that the plants are making my allergies worse and they said the house plants stay and that my health doesn’t matter to them. They also said I should have a doctor note say that I’m allergic to houseplants. Why should I need a doctor note to proof to then I ‘m allergic to houseplants. HIPPA privacy. I lived here for 5 years because it was cheap. In this entire time management was anything but helpful. We moved from one of their buildings to another after the first 3 years. They tried to take our entire security deposit and hundreds of dollars on top of that. We were clean and did not cause any damage. RENTER BEWARE!!! They will make you turn in your keys when your lease ends, and then charge you for the month after it ended. Where you have no acess to the apartment or parking the entire month. Then ruin your credit if you can't pay it. They did this to all 4 of my neighbors who moved out the same month as me, so I imagine they do it to everyone. They are scammers. Collections and court representation, HOA Homeowners association management...this real estate management company is bigger and more powerful than you might realize. licensed in Minnesota as a debt collector (eg River City Financial Services LLC ). a BBB Better Business Bureau credited business partner. As such there are laws to protect the consumer that may not be enforced. The Consumer Financial Protection Bureau is meant to protect those with rent debt as well.
