Experience was great, have to say that from the first consultative visit to the install everyone was very polite and responsive and respectful. Shout out to the whole crew ( I could name all of you but you know who you are) from the Foreman to everyone else involved, occasional language barrier but didn't get in the way. Horrible service and job was bad. It took over 3 months to finish my pool and the work promised wasn't done. It was hard to get anyone to answer or resond. Use someone else. My pool lights have never worked after the first months. Its full of water. My pool is unlevel. The top step on one side will get dry but the other side still has water on it. I had mine done many years ago. The pool coloring has came off. I have a very expensive fiberglass pool. This project was a major investment that still has ongoing issues. They pou... read more

Kevin, Brian, and Norma did an outstanding job installing our fiberglass pool and spillover spa. They were incredibly helpful throughout every phase, from the permit process and installation to pool school. They kept all their promises and delivered excellent work.
