Kevin, Brian, and Norma did an outstanding job installing our fiberglass pool and spillover spa. They were incredibly helpful throughout every phase, from the permit process and installation to pool school. They kept all their promises and delivered excellent work.
Norma and Kevin did a great job. Pool school should be a little longer and there were some quirky details that got mixed up but other than that we are extremely satisfied. It’s nerving to choose a small company but this company doesn’t leave you hanging. If you’re looking for pool company with alot of overhead and a company team of salesmen with company cars this isn’t it. But they do have a brick and mortar and are family owned. They have been in business for years and pretty much delivered on what they said.
Kevin was incredibly persistent (6 calls in one day) to get on our calendar and was then a no show. Rescheduled a consult and he then failed to deliver on his commitment of a plan - estimated to be 4 business days from in-home consult. It has been 22 days since consultation and he has completely vanished. No calls, texts, or emails. Totally unprofessional experience and would not recommend business with him.

Buyer Beware! My husband and I had a terrible experience with Kevin and his team. The 21 day pool install took months. They guys left the yard a mess, left large holes that were dug for electrical, left trash and construction debris, and did not go over the pool equipment with us once the pool was finally in the ground. They basically left. We finally were taught how to care for the pool about two months later after it turned green and multiple calls and emails.
