This installation simply went great! All the guys from delivery to installation were super nice and professional. The pool was robustly installed. I have no concerns moving forward as the end user. Norma kept the project rolling and the guys working very hard the whole project through. Just a fantastic experience!
Overall a great experience, Norma and Brian are great. They both are attentive and caring. They want to see you get the most out of your pool ownership experience. Service after the sale is taken care of by these two and they answer questions and respond to calls to address your concerns. Thanks to both of them and hats off to Therman for always showing up.
We Love Our Pool! This project, and most, don't go perfect or smooth... But Norma, Alex, Brian, Robert & and Crew, Ferman, Walter, Luis, & Kevin did their best to give us something that feels perfect and looks beautiful!!! I have seen some negative reviews, but in all honesty, the whole team timely responded to any inquiry or concern during the entire pool construction process and delivered what they said they would. We’re really happy with our experience with Kevin & Inground Pools of Paradise. From the start, Norma kept the communication clear and smooth, which made everything easy. We absolutely love how the pool lights look at night—it’s such a great touch. Plus, they left our yard ready for the landscaping crew, so there was no hassle during the next phase. Highly recommend!
Pools of Paradise did an amazing job on our pool. Kevin and Brian made sure everything went smoothly, and Norma kept us in the loop throughout the whole process.
