I was a patient of Dr. Jackson's over a decade. Things were fine when all I needed was a yearly pap smear. If I tried to add in any other issues, she would give me a look that said "that is stupid, unimportant," and generally wouldn't address it. I generally had to call back for test results. I called in one day on a serious matter that came up and was given another doctor to see at the practice that was much more responsive. I came in with several things I wanted addressed and Dr. Jackson would only address one. I felt like it was a matter of pick which problem you want me to look at today and we'll do that because we don't have time to listen to your concerns. I don't trust them to ever actually look into my concerns and see if they're valid. I felt very rushed. They took a short time with me and made me feel like I was just a number . I would never visit them again. I was very disappointed.

Does this provider promptly return your phone calls? Definitely! They always call me back very quickly! Does this provider remember you by name? No, I always have to remind them Was the waiting area spacious? Yes, extremely spacious Were you able to get answers to simple questions from this provider without scheduling an appointment? Absolutely! I'm always able to get my questions answered over the phone right away!

Did this provider leave you unattended for an extended period of time? Not at all! They were always present and attentive Did you spend a lot of time in the waiting room at this provider's office?
