We were super pleased with the end result. By embedding our persona into the proposal, the interior design that we got fit like a glove. Hard challenges were present from the beginning and others came in as the work progressed but they were all overcome. It was a very tight area to work on and third parties brought in unexpected delays. It was all handled with high professionalism and accountability.
