I was new to insurance and Dr. Ingrid He was accepting new patients and she was a perfect fit for me! She's young and knowledgable and and professional, and when I saw her, she ACTUALLY listened to what I was saying and recommended some testing that actually led to a reasonable diagnosis and solution for my complaint.
Since UCLA took over, MPTF has become a complete nightmare. The quality of care and the expertise of the doctors are shockingly inadequate. The scheduling system is a mess, and there’s a clear lack of concern from both the doctors and the administrative staff. Patients are treated like numbers in an assembly line, with no real attention or care.
