I could tell that they took pride in their office's appearance. It was very well organized and well taken care of. Their office was one of the quietest, most peaceful places I've ever visited. I was able to relax very easily. I love that I can count on them to work with me until they find a solution for my situation. Don't call this provider if you're in a hurry. Every time I call I have to wait on hold forever. I think I got a gray hair the last time I was waiting. I had to wait a while after I arrived for my appointment. The staff didn't even keep me updated about how much longer it would be. They answered my questions and spent a lot of time with me. I didn't feel like they were trying to rush my appointment at all. Every time I've called and left a message, I've never heard back. It's extremely annoying.
