I adore Dr. Iwanow. She is thorough, decisive, and very well versed in her preferred areas. She has a wonderful personality, and spends long enough with her patients to make each feel special and well-cared-for.
Dr. Iwanow has been great with my heard of hearing children for many years now. It is hard to get in to see her at times. Some of her staff is outstanding, while some should look for a different profession such as her office manager who is rude and uncaring.
Dr. Iwanow took out my daughter's tonsils. The after care was horrible. My daughter started to vomit within 12 hours of the procedure and couldn't keep down her pain medicine. After calling the doctor, she was prescribed anti-nausea meds - but only enough to last 36 hours. She's now been vomiting for 7 days. The doctor refuses to see her or prescribe more medicine. My only instructions are to take her to the ER because she's probably dehydrated. Hey thanks.
