I must admit, Ingram's service center is hands down the best service shop I've ever experienced! Dave has came to the rescue in times of an emergency more than once... You can count on Dave to take care of what you need with service that is always fast, reliable and as honest as it gets!

Purchased tires online with a program that is supposed to send tires to a local shop to you that participates with them. I paid for tires and installation. I called the shop after receiving email that tires were at shop to schedule. Was told he didn't know why he works with the program for online sales. He couldn't do the installation because of my car being a german brand. He was going on vacation that day, so he left my tires in a location I could pick up after hours.
