Very rude and unprofessional staff. My employee dropped off a U-Haul truck with deck boards, and after already being charged a $250 deposit, they suddenly demanded another $150 on the way out. When I called to speak with the manager to understand the extra charge, they threatened to call the police if we didn’t pay immediately. That’s completely unacceptable and unprofessional. Best to go during off peak hours. But it was fast, efficient, staff were friendly and I thought the rates were reasonable. Had 345kg, cost about $60 in total
