Strong Drinks! This place gets crowded quickly but is a lot of fun! The bartenders make all of their drinks especially strong so that you get more for your money. Friendly staff!
GO TO THE LOON! The loon is like the blackhole. You get sucked in and walk outside and forget how long you have been in there. Before the smoking ban you would smell like smoke for days. The drinks are strong and cheap. Go to the LOON!
The Loon Drinks are extremely strong. Do not get a beer, only buy liquor drinks if you come here. My friends credit card was given to the wrong person. When we confronted the bartender to try and close out and realized that they have given her card to the wrong person, the bartender was extremely rude and tried to make it seem like my friend had lost her credit card. Terrible management they didn't even give my friend a free drink for losing her credit card.
Best drinks in town The Loon is one of my favorite Uptown bars. They have the best, strongest drinks in Dallas. I always take friends here when they're in town. The atmosphere is laid back, and there's always a crowd waiting to get in. I have been going to the Loon for years and rate it high on my list of fun nightlife!
Super Drinks The Loon is awesome, it is not pretentious, very comfortable and the drinks are very generous. The staff is usually really friendly and eager to help.
Cool, dingy dive bar The Loon has been around forever and looks it. But that's not a problem if you are looking for a dive-bar known for the strongest drinks in Dallas. Predominantly younger crowd. Has a large square bar, ome booths and a sitting area with sofa.
Upscale dive Totally divey and smoke-filled, beer is served in a can here. Food is typically fried bar food, and there are lots of big screens for sporting events. For a dive this attracts SMUzers and hipsters alike.
Ah the Loon! The Loon is a fixture in Uptown. It's a complete dive filled with young professionals all looking to hook up after injesting the most infamously toxic drinks around. Watch out, the drinks are ridiculously strong!
