Ingram Plumbing provides quick and reliable service. Kevin fixed my leaking toilet first thing today a little while after I called. I can count on every job being completed correctly and quickly. I would recommend them highly for all your plumbing needs.
Ingram was great! They came out promptly, suggested the needed repairs (bath faucets needed to be replaced) I found the new faucets and they were ordered and replaced in 5 days! Rick, Kevin and Chris were here 10 minutes early (love that) and finished in under two hours. They will be handling all our plumbing needs in the future!
Ingram Plumbing came to our home a few weeks ago and fixed several “leaks” in our toilets. A couple of weeks later, we were still apparently having issues b/c the water dept was keeping an eye on our usage. We called Ingram plumbing again to let them know what was going on and Kevin came out and fixed it this time with a different flapper and the problem was solved. Kevin (master plumber) came out within an hour or so of our phone call. He assessed the situation (a leak on our side of the meter), explained how he would approach the repair, and estimated the cost and how long the repair would take. He completed the work within the estimates, and also gave a senior discount to help. Great communications skills and customer service attitude. No more hunting plumbers for any future issues; we'll call Ingram first.
