My 2023 rouge engine shut down and was informed by service that I had a recall on engine but they refused to provide a rental putting me in a position where I had no choice but to trade in my car. On July 23rd I bought a brand new 2025 Altima and on August 3rd my battery was completely dead and had to get it towed to service. The best service department I have ever dealt with. Just got a new Rogue and needed to get some service on it. Craig is amazing. Everyone I talked to on the phone was amazing as well. Looking forward to bringing my new vehicle here any time I need service.
