I took my vehicle to be check out as the entire dashboard lite up like a Christmas tree, they could not perdorm a diagnostic cause the battery was dead. As I informed the staff of why they didn't use a fully charged battery to perform the diagnostic, I was told that they do not do that. When I inaquired about the warranty of the battery, I was told that the previous owner might installed a battery as they didn't have paperwork to show they installed the battey. Took my 2004 titan in to repair a headlight leak and routine mintenance, i.e., oil change and tire rotation. Phillip and team Nissan did a great job! t in just about an hour. The entire staff was really pleasant and helpful.
