Rude old guy refused to show me cars unless I gave him my info for a credit check. It didn’t even seem like he was working there. And kept saying “these cars are just flying off the lot” But when you check carfax they have been on the lot for over a month. Wish someone else helped me instead, I came here about 2 years ago and received good service. Very unprofessional

Took my mazda cx5 car for an oil change after a couple of days my car started leaking oil took it back and was told in was a sensor and it would cost 500+ to fix paid the money and got it done so a couple of days later it started leaking again and was told It was something with the manifold and it would cost 10000+ dollars to fix it asked it would be cheaper to get a new motor and so I did paid 8000 and I still did not get my money back for the supposed sensor. Everyone is nice enough, which is why it gets the extra star. If you take your vehicle to the service department, beware that they charge an extra 3.5% if you pay with a card. This means if you have repairs totaling thousands of dollars, you need to bring cash to avoid it. Hilarious. This also isn't stated until after repairs are done, and it isn't listed anywhere on the invoice. Do yourself a favor and go to North Park Mazda. You'll save some money.
