The night before the 2025 Uwharrie Jeep Jamboree my Jeep's developed problems. Chris quickly diagnosed the the cause and had me back at the Jamboree in a day. Can't say enough good things about his shop
I was under some tight time constraints, and needed someone to take a look at a problem with my Jeep... I reached out to Ingram Off-Road via email, after hours, and much to my surprise they responded within 15 minutes. They told me they could help me out the next morning, and they did. I was very pleased with my interactions with Ingram Off-Road.
There is a reason this shop has a five star rating ! I am so glad I found this shop . Chris and his staff are spot on . There was a delay in my part getting there and was notified of the delay and when it got in . They take great pride in the work that they do and it shows .
Excellent people. Fast, friendly, knowledgeable, and accommodating.
