i haven't go to del yet but i connected the security sever times due to lack of connection from the broker. the security team is super nice and did their best to helped on all my worries. really really appreciate !
I made a wrong turn in here and the security guy was total jerk to me. He acted like I was doing him a real harm for asking him to do his job.
The customer service agent was professional, but the courier service used for shipping was extremely unreliable. Because of the courier’s handling, I never received the product and had to go through a very frustrating process. This experience seriously affected my confidence in the delivery process.
