A good place to live and very affordable
Me and my girlfriend wanted to buy a home as well and did the $50 credit check which went fine and did the tour for a couple homes! We make close to $100 grand a year combined and were told that we didn't make enough money! Very disappointed to hear that and did not believe it for one second! Seems more of a senior residents than anything! But no thanks to them we bought our own home which was more than the mobile home itself so thanks for nothing! We will enjoy our actual home and love it!
I WAS READY WITH CASH TO BUY A HOME. THEY REQUIRED A $ 50.00 PAYMENT FOR A CREDIT CHECK BEFORE ALLOWING ME TO MOVE IN. THEY RESPONDED SAYING MY CREDIT RATING WAS TOO LOW. THEY KEPT MY $50.00 AND LOST A SALE AND A RESIDENT. THE PERSON WHO SHOWED US THE HOMES WAS DIFFICULT TO ENDURE. SHE BLAMED ME FOR CALLING THE OWNER OF ONE OF THE HOMES WHICH REQUIRED THEM TO MOW THE GRASS A DAY EARLY. I WOULDN'T DO BUSINESS WITH THESE PEOPLE, THEY CANNOT BE TRUSTED.
