Great customer service and sales
My wife and I used Angus for a good few years of happy driving. However the moment something went wrong Angus became nothing less than dreadful. Many, many phonecalls unanswered and unreturned and he was down right rude when my wife did talk to him. When we had finally had enough and asked for a settlement figure with trade in his answers were always vague and unhelpful. Fair warning, you find out how good a dealer is once an issue arises.
Mark was excellent, very knowledgeable and made the car buying experience easy
Staff are friendly and very helpful. I was kept up-to-date about the progress of my car and the delivery times. I was given a full and thorough tour of the vehicle on collection and really appreciated the time taken to help me get accustomed to the functions of the car.
