Could not fault Ingrams - our buying experience was 5 stars from start to finish. Scott was a fantastic sales person and did not pressure us in any way, but let us make our own mind up about which car was best for us, and was very willing and helpful with all the questions we had. We were able to test drive our car one weekend and it was ready for us to collect in 7 days. Very happy customers.
Staff were kind very helpful not pushy at all I would bye another car from them with no hesitation and car is great
Great service
Very disappointing pressurised experience. I went in for a booked test drive as trying to decide what car to buy I had narrowed it down to 3 they stocked but because I was not going to buy that day (I was planning to buy next week) as I would want to go away and think about it rather than put down an "insignificant" £500 deposit for a car the same day, they were unwilling to let me test drive. The annoying thing was I would have bought a car from them without these tactics just not on the day but they made me feel pressured ... read more
Having unbelievable problems trying to get a car serviced even although it's there in black and white my vehicle has a service plan. Typical from my experience of the VW group.
