Victor and his team were excellent to work with. I brought in my 1999 Durango with a mysterious oil leak based on a recommendation from another shop. Him and his team were quick to diagnose the problem and offer solutions. They worked with me and my budget to get my truck fixed up at a very reasonable price. Overall, they were extremely professional and pleasant to work with. I will be returning there for all of my future truck maintenance and repair needs.

The owner Victor went out of his way to assist me when my rv broke down while on my way home from the High desert. He also took care of a couple of other issues that I had with the rv. He stayed in contact with me throughout the time he had my vehicle and was very flexible when it came to dropping off and picking up my rv. I would highly recommend his service if you're in or near the high desert.

Paid almost $100 for a service call to be told that my starter was bad when I made it clear prior that I already knew that. I specifically wanted to know what other issue my truck had beyond the starter. I was told "without the starter I can't tell ya". I would have much rather been refused the service call and save my cash. Response to the owner: There was clearly a lack of proper communication in offering the service call. Needed to get a used car checked by a mechanic before I bought it. Was recommended to go to Victor on Ingram Fleet Service by a local RV mechanic. Was not disappointed. They went through every detail on the car quickly and managed to explain everything to me very well even though I'm not good with cars. Highly recommend Victor and his team!
