Had my daughter here a number of years ago to get braces. One of three places we checked into. They told me that my daughter would need to have her jaw broken and she was a bit old to get braces. The orthodontist was very rude and from what I hear he no longer works at this office today. Thank goodness for anybody else who tries to go to this orthodontist. Hopefully they have much better treatment than we did

Prepare for a lecture from the non-clinical front office staff if anything goes wrong with your child’s orthodontia. Any breaks of retainers or appliances turn into a lecture that attempt to make you and your child feel like a problem. Then there will be sighing and complaining about how busy they are and that there is no time to get them in for a repair.
