Prepare for a lecture from the non-clinical front office staff if anything goes wrong with your child’s orthodontia. Any breaks of retainers or appliances turn into a lecture that attempt to make you and your child feel like a problem. Then there will be sighing and complaining about how busy they are and that there is no time to get them in for a repair. The service was good but they are WAY overbooked by 8 weeks. That is tough if you have a sick kid who needs to reschedule. That adds TWO MONTHS if you ever need to move an appointment.

Apparently at 51 years of age I am not with their time to get braces. Oh I have them on and they are certainly billing me. But the one Dr. lit me up yesterday, September 21, 2022. Asked me “why, at my age do I have braces?” I thought he was joking. I replied “ on my bucket list…”. He said, “no, seriously, this is going to be a lot of work and not worth his time.” I was speechless. He sired me he can get the teeth fixed, but just thought it silly, at my age to get braces.
