I ordered an appraisal paid in full and after 1 1/2 weeks get email from the person doing the appraisal saying I have to pay first with an invoice. Let her know it was paid.. problem was them because of weather they weren’t going and checking their mail.. now it’s been a month since I ordered the appraisal and still haven’t received it.. this appraisal was close to $3000.. if I had know the service was this poor I would have looked farther for someone else.. no excuses .
