To Ingram Brothers: After a long and tedious search for enclosing our screened in porch and going to a Home Improvement show, we went with Living Space installed by Ingram Brothers. I am extremely satisfied with the patio that was built by Ingram Brothers. They were very professional and responsive, and they started the project as soon as I received the HOA approval that they helped me to submit. They were great to work with from start to finish.
Edited 05/07/2026- “04/08/2026- Mr Eddie Albrecht contacted me in regard to my review. Again he was both understanding and disappointed in the way things came to be. He had the permit box picked up and did everything in his power to make things right. 05/04/2026- Minor repairs were completed by a carpenter working directly for Ingram Brothers. With all the recommendations we received and good reviews, I truly expected an amazing experience, perhaps to a fault. Ingram Bros completed a 10’x30’ deck w/ 10’x12’ screen room(no electricity) for $26,800, not the highest but certainly not the lowest. The initial estimate/consult with Mr. Eddie Albrecht was absolutely amazing and added to the high confidence that Ingram was a great company. Contracted for water damage repair and window replacement. The damage was repaired but the window replacement didn't occur. They used Register's Glass who failed twice to measure and order correctly. The Ingram people were fine; we worked out a fair compromise. I ended up using getting windows from Window World.
