Huck and Melissa did an excellent job of researching and then producing a legal document for terminating CCR's on some family property of ours. My understanding is that this is not a common legal matter but the document that was created was clear and concise and perfectly satisfied our needs and those of both the City of Sacramento and the County Recorder.
