Brilliant surgery. Always helpful. Very professional staff.
I was awaiting an appointment in the Drs surgery on Monday. Just wanted to say what a fantastic Job Tracy was doing on the reception desk. It was very busy but every enquiry she dealt with with compassion, giving everyone her attention and time equally. She was helpful and patient and professional throughout. It was a pleasure to see . Impossible to get a routine appointment, tried four days at 8am to no avail. Moved to a new practise and been offered same day. Blocked on social media for leaving a comment. Very unprofessional.
I am very happy I changed to this practice. There are plenty of appointment options and the reception staff are so friendly and helpful. The GPs that I have seen have been great.
I am absolutely appalled at the service I’ve received from here this week. I went to the pharmacy with a raging infection that had previously been treated but antibiotics had failed. The pharmacy immediately referred me next door to Ingol Health Centre for a sample to be sent off. I did this straight away and was told it would come back Wednesday.
