I’m extremely frustrated with the appointment system here. On September 10, 2025, I called at 8 AM, was in position 2, and after waiting for a while, the call got disconnected. When I called back, I was in position 21. To make matters worse, the automated system kept looping without letting me book online, even after following the instructions to press 1. Six times today alone I've tried to ring and I'm still trying to say yesterday give times it's 25 mins on the phone at min and not one can pick up the phone Drs sending letters to come in or meds taken down ok well reception needs to answer the phone and not be so rude if that be the case don't work as a receptionist and then play the victim by saying "there's no need to use that tone" ok well answer your phone it's right on front of you simply put

Absolutely appalling service, I received a text message to ring and make a appointment to see Gp, when I rang they had none and told me to ring back, Why couldn’t they just text me with an appointment in first place, changing GP

I was awaiting an appointment in the Drs surgery on Monday. Just wanted to say what a fantastic Job Tracy was doing on the reception desk. It was very busy but every enquiry she dealt with with compassion, giving everyone her attention and time equally. She was helpful and patient and professional throughout. It was a pleasure to see .
