it's been over a year of me thinking about writing this! So it's not in madness!! I was with them over tens with all my need persons and business insurance. When I had to file my 1st claim on my RV. (They said it is cover for 100 percent) then they said it wasn't covered for snow load. The money I was paying over the years was just down the drain. It didn't cover almost any thing at all. For the money I payed in they could just took 1/1000 of the money just payed for half of the damage I would been happy but no .When i file ... read more
Horrible customer service!! It took me 6 calls today just to reach a receptionist. After I got in touch with a receptionist, the 3 people I asked for were out of the office. The receptionist suddenly found one of the people we’d been leaving messages for after I asked to speak to the president of the company. We have been dealing with multiple people for 2 weeks, trying to get an answer about something urgent, to no avail. Their slogan says “small enough to care”. They’ve proven to us that is not true!

I agree. People should buy term "most" of the time. Of course, there are exceptions.
