After a makeup consultation was cancelled last minute I was fortunate enough to have a lovely young lady who done my makeup. She done a fantastic job. Very professional, friendly and accommodating.
I had my makeup done by Elena yesterday and I felt and looked fabulous. Elena listened to my likes and dislikes, checking along the way if I was happy with the progress. Elena was so lovely, very professional and experienced in her craft. Thank you for making me look & feel my best.
This store is virtually empty Monday-Friday and yet, when you try to call them, the phone goes straight to voicemail 🤷♀️
The makeup artist called Alecia is fantastic she is very friendly and made me look fantastic!
Placed an order online. I hadn't received it so I sent an email and called. Both girls I spoke with were helpful and polite. They checked everything for me, gave me a tracking number and my order arrived. Very pleased with the service! Well done Ingot team. Will definitely be using the service and buying online again soon!
