A massive shout out to Alyssa who is absolutely fantastic. Had my makeup done yesterday and was late to my appointment due to traffic. Although I was late she still did everything in her power to make sure she could get as much done as possible I was so pleased with my makeup and will definitely return!

“Misled and dismissed by poor customer service” Very unhappy and disappointed. I specifically asked for a charcoal eyebrow mascara but was misled and sold brown instead. When I contacted the store (three times), the manager refused to acknowledge the mistake and kept repeating, “You accepted the product in the shop and have used it, so we can’t refund it.” I felt completely dismissed and unheard.
