One of the assistant that was there was very rude with my mom. My mother wasn’t feeling good and she went to this place and one of the nurses told her she isn’t welcome here anymore because she always comes. It’s a doctor’s office.. people are supposed to go when they don’t feel good. This is very disrespectful and we will never be coming back to this place.
I came into the clinic for a TB shot, when they read the test, they measured the redness and told me I was positive. I knew I wasn’t positive. So I researched how to read a TB test and it said you’re suppose to measure the swelling or feel for the hardness of a lump/bump. Afterwards, They wanted me to get an xray to confirm the results, my results were negative for TB as I thought. Went here and I didnt have the money for my deductible on me so I left. They billed me months later, I never went to the back or saw a dr. I'm definitely reporting this! I sat in the waiting room filling out the paperwork and then she asked for my deductible, I didnt have it so I left. What am I receiving a bill?
