Lovely friendly staff & nurses. Stiched my cut leg, fast video consult, and had a cuppa. Thanks Ken & Narelle.
This workplace is horrendous. If i were a family i would not send my family member to this place! They would rather paint walls then provide pads for residents. they lock pads in cupboards so the staff cant access them. So if your family member needs more than their "allocated" amount then tough luck. disgusting.
This workplace is horrendous. If i were a family i would not send my family member to this place! Not only do they not adhere to staffing ratios which are actually against the law stipulated by the VIC government they also do not provide adequate care for your family member due to staffing issues. There is also a massive divide between skill mixes and RNs refuse to help with care because its "beneath them". Never in my many years in the health sector have i ever come across such an atrocious work environment.
