I’ve tried calling several times to schedule a new patient appointment. Each time, they kept me on hold without bothering to ask why I was calling. When someone finally picked up, they took down my name and number but never followed up. I called again, gave them my information again, and still—no callback
My fiance was seen by Kaitlyn Yos, PA. She's amazing. Very kind and knowledgeable. She was also very thorough yet gentle with the pelvic and breat exams. The rest of the office staff were also very friendly and professional. They apologized for the wait but there really wasn't any.
The drs are absolutely incredible! They truly listen and care. I've been going here for 7 years and will never switch!
