From day one going in asking for an application the office lady was rude she don’t want to give the paperwork to apply if she don’t see you fit, told my daughter she wouldn’t make it into housing. Then when she did get into it the lady wasn’t friendly while we were moving in they haven’t liked my daughter from day one then they do 3 day eviction without warning or probable cause just assumptions when they are supposed to give warning of lease violation and have the person go in to talk about the violations and sign it. It's right behind our house. We had a problem with the tenant that lives there with her dog and my husband had talked with the owner about the tenant and she was very helpful, also got the animal control person to get the tenant 's attention about the situation problems.
Maintenance is awesome no problem with them Only problem is with the manager she is lazy and doesn’t help, she retaliates an walks in to apartments without notifying!
It’s been a life saver for me having the staff so attentive getting me here and maintenance guys are the bomb!!!! Thanks to y’all
