While they didn't try to up-sell me other things my older vehicle might have needed, they totally mis-diagnosed my exhaust problem. Their mechanic said the whole exhaust system needed replacement at $1800. After wanting a 2nd opinion, I went to a muffler shop and the problem was correctly diagnosed. The total cost for parts and labor was $300. This is what the public fears most about shops like this who put profits ahead of people.
