Horrendous. Last time the wash barely worked and I left with soap on my car. This time I paid $10 for the ultimate and the wash quit and asked me to leave after soaping the car. I was forced to pay for another wash or drive home and try to rinse out off. The fact that there is no contact info posted anywhere is unacceptable when you know your wash malfunctions a lot. If you care, ingles, I have photos.
