This is the best Pharmacy I have ever used! They are always so helpful on the phone and in person! They try to get me the best prices on prescriptions and their pharmacist are always willing to talk and help.
Went to pick up medication for kidney stones. I was told it wasn't ready-after it had been called in for at least over an hour or two. The pharmacist asked me to move in order to take the next customer; the next customer in front of me took more time than it would have for me. I totally understand that sometimes businesses are rushed and short staffed-BUT there is still accountability and professionalism. This is becoming a pattern with Ingles pharmacy.
