Went to pick up medication for kidney stones. I was told it wasn't ready-after it had been called in for at least over an hour or two. The pharmacist asked me to move in order to take the next customer; the next customer in front of me took more time than it would have for me. I totally understand that sometimes businesses are rushed and short staffed-BUT there is still accountability and professionalism. This is becoming a pattern with Ingles pharmacy.
