ingles pharmacy in Hiawassee Ga. Has one rude cashier today. 12/10/2024 someone needs to talk to her before she runs all your customers off.

My Dr sent in my prescriptions at 9am. It's now 3 pm. I have tried all day to call and see if my meds were filled and ready to be picked up. I have sat on the phone for 30 mins at a time trying to get through. I have left a voice message. Nothing!

I'm only giving the 1 star because of one person. The rest of the staff in the pharmacy are always kind and caring. Don't know her name but she is so rude! Its not just once, its every single time i go in there. This isntSent my son to pick up my meds because I couldn't get out of the house at the time. They wouldn't give them to him without my ID which is fine, I understand rules are rules. She didnt have to be so rude about it. Claudia, a pharmacy tech, I suppose, was so rude to me when I went to pick up my prescriptions this evening. I had 3 kids in the car 2 with strep (ages 12, 5, 4), she told me that they were working on it and it would be ready in 45 minutes as rudely said as possible. I couldn't have the kids wait in the car that long so I had to drive back home to Hayesville then come back 45 min later.
