I want to recognize Stephanie and Adam at the Ingles pharmacy for going above and beyond when I was dealing with a ridiculous situation trying to transfer prescriptions from Walgreens. They made me feel like I actually mattered as a customer and truly cared about helping me. That kind of trust and personal attention is what everyone hopes for when it comes to their health and medications. You don’t find that kind of customer service at the big box stores, but you do here—and it makes all the difference.
Pharmacist that I spoke to (wish I could remember her name) was just so nice and very helpful when I had to have a prescription transferred there due to a supply issue with my regular pharmacy.
Very unprofessional phone interactions with some woman. Not coming back here ever again. L
