I have called this pharmacy 4 days in a row and every call I get placed on hold immediately with no one ever answering after 10 minute hold time. Absolutely inexcusable and terrible customer service. Hire another person if you are this short-staffed. 4 days in a row and not a single person can answer the phone once? I should not have to drive to the store to get a simple answer. There's also no option to message the pharmacy staff from the app, so that is not an option either.
The Toccoa Ingles Pharmacy staff are kind, helpful and warm. Love working with them. The automated refill is great and so thankful not to have to listen to online commands that take a long time to get through to a real person. Always easy to connect to a real person. (So much better than other big competitors).
Great people in the pharmacy, they work hard to take care of customers.
