I am very impressed and glad I made the decision to transfer to Ingles Pharmacy. They are informative, friendly and, above all, efficient. I have VERY complicated orders and they have not let me down. GREAT STAFF AND GREAT SERVICE!!!
I went to this location for over 4yrs and had to leave because of one new staff member. I wouldn't go back here even if she was gone after the way I was treated. A four yr long customer and the pharmacist wouldn't even hear my side of what happened. Zero stars!
Pharmacy is very poorly run. They will say that you proscription isn't there you go to parking lot, call dr. They it's been called in. Then you go back inside and magically it has been there already filled.
The staff is incredibly friendly and thorough! The pharmacist is kind and knowledgeable, and especially gentle with vaccinations. Highly recommend!
