Sat on hold for over 20 minutes never got an answer or call back extremely unprofessional. There's not a singular logical reason why not a single employee was able to answer a ringing phone for over 20 minutes. How are customers expected to get help with their prescriptions and concerns if no one is capable of picking up a phone.
I love all the workers there. Especially Mrs. Angela, she is so sweet.
