I cannot say enough good things about Ingles Pharmacy. My wife ended up in urgent care because of a recurring bulging disc. The doctor sent the prescription digitally, and within about 30 minutes it was filled. They followed up with both a text and a courtesy phone call, which honestly meant a lot to us. Fast, helpful, and kind. The only thing I wish they offered is GoodRx discounts. I switched to ingles pharmacy for convenience as it’s our local grocery store. Although they have several kind and caring techs working who have always been very helpful. The pharmacist I interacted with is uncaring, impatient and rude. I had to make an abrupt medication switch during my pregnancy and had called to specifically request the brand name of a medication to be ordered due to allergens in the generic brand.
