Kim Sangiovanni is the WORST pharmacist I've ever encountered in my 60 years. She is rude, dismissive, confrontational and lazy. I had a new prescription and requested counseling from the pharmacist. The way Kim accomplishes this is to have the counter person come to her, get the information about the medication and that person relays it to the customer.
