During this disaster when all things have ground to a halt. I thank Steven King and his staff for getting prescription filled when we thought it would be a lost cause. They are the BEST!
I am so done with this pharmacy. It's never uncommon for them not to have a medication that you need every single month, even though you've been a customer for years. Three times thy have given us the wrong milligrams of a medication and this time it's made it so that my son's insurance won't pay for the actual milligrams that he needs. I will be switching pharmacies this week. I'm at my wits end. I don't know what's going on there these last few months, but despite the fact that I love the convenience, it's gone seriously downhill in the last 6 months and after being with them for years, I think we're going to have to leave. From waiting for over 6 weeks for a med that we THOUGHT they were filling/ ordering more but apparently not so after 6 weeks without it we had to fill the order at a different pharmacy.
