Merrimon Ave Ingles pharmacy is the best. They're on top of everything and always so helpful. Great customer service.
If I could give 0 I would. They are not nice and not helpful. Each time I go for my prescription even when I have called ahead, it is not filled out. This has happened every single time and they don’t care how it affects people. Like others have said there is 0 accountability. I am truly tired of their attitudes and feeling like a problem because they can’t do their job or communicate between people.
Surprisingly, one of the best and easiest pharmacies I have used. I have been going through some intense health stuff for the past year with a lot of prescriptions and systematic red tape but the pharmacists and techs here have done a lot to make it easier for me without ever being asked, which is exceedingly rare. They've always been kind, patient, and efficient even though I've probably annoyed the heck out of them at this point. Thank you!
Our family is writing this because what happened at the Ingles Pharmacy on Merrimon Avenue was not a simple oversight — it was a failure so severe that it left our brother, a 44‑year‑old man with stage‑four colorectal cancer, suffering through five days of agony that never should have happened. His fentanyl patches and hydrocodone were filled on Thursday, March 5th. We were never called. We were never notified.
