Poor customer service. Un friendly employees. I hate going to this store. I have to put items in the cart take items out of the cart and now they don’t even offer to put your bagged items in the cart. Just put in larger self check registers and do away with employees.
Won't enforce masks on customers.
Not protecting their community. Despite playing corporate ad touting masks are required they do not enforce mask wearing. 1/2 of staff have shields or buffs not actual masks- both of which are proven ineffective. And yet still won’t bag grocery’s in customer provided bags. today I was physically assaulted in an extreme act of aggression by store manager Thomas Wages at the Ingles in Winder, Georgia. I am pressing charges for sure. RecommendedWe shop in Ingles in Lenoir City all the time. We went in this Tuesday morning to shop early to take advantage of senior hours. It was so clean and always so clean the people are so friendly and so helpful. I love Ingles. Thank you for doing a great job.

They refuse to ENFORCE the Greeneville and Tennessee mandates that all employees and customers must wear masks. Today, I shopped when there was hardly anyone there and THREE PEOPLE were not wearing masks and no store employee was confronting them or enforcing the requirement.
