I love the store and everything they carry. However, this is the second time I have witnessed the check out person totally ignoring a situation. Please teach employees how to put bags in the carts for the elderly.... I got out of line today and put a woman’s bags in the cart for her while the clerk watched. Her elderly husband with Parkinson’s was in the motorized cart and couldn’t help. I offered to put the bags in her car for her. The people are nice but it’s pretty obvious that they’re undermanned. I’ve waited for an excessive amount of time for a money order. I noticed the manager was working customer service, a register and the counter where money orders are. It gave me time to write this review... I’m still currently waiting... Looks like they may need more workers - all the ones here look very busy.
3/15/2017 The food at the Ingles Café in Lenoir City is really good. My Mother and I decided to stop in to eat and were quite impressed. Generous portions. great price, and we really enjoyed our food. I had chicken strips, green beans, and potato's/gravy. My Mother had sesame see chicken and rice. We loved the meal and plan on bringing my Dad back. Thanks so much:)
The pharmacy is by far the best thing in this store. Joanna and all the staff has been extremely helpful every time we have came into the store and they always greet us with a smile. I will always recommend Ingles pharmacy to anyone looking for that one on one relationship with great people who provide the best customer service.

I ordered a corsage from my daughter's father daughter dance, when I came to pick it up it was a pathetic excuse for a corsage. It already has brown spots forming on the flower and I told the florist that it was a really poor excuse for a corsage, she just said that's what you get for the base price. Well spending 16.95 plus tax you should get more than three little tiny flowers that are wilted.
