The pharmacists and staff have been very friendly. They're very timely and feeling the scripts and pleasant to deal with. I wouldn't go anywhere else!
The pharmacy has gone downhill hill since Matt left. Very disappointing. The customer service at this store is absolutely horrible. The cashiers are rude and expect you to pack your own things. I rather pay more and go to PUBLIX .
Great staff and service.
I went in for two vaccines. I had to sit to the side of the pharmacy in front of the front door with people and cold air coming in. I didn’t feel comfortable. The male pharmacist was fine, but could have been a bit nicer. Very down to business. And they no longer give points for vaccines, only to transfer prescriptions. I’m going back to cvs in westgate for my vaccines. They are so kind there.
Ingles has the best pharmacy and customer service. Much better than other chains. Personal and proactive.
