This review is based solely on my experience with Dr. Rheault and the front desk staff. I never saw Dr. Ingles during my pregnancy, so I can’t speak to her care. I was a patient from 16 weeks pregnant through my 6-week postpartum appointment, and this was my first pregnancy. Dr Ingles was the on duty OB the day after I gave birth to my daughter who was full term still born and was the doctor who discharged me. She offered condolences and made sure I was able to sleep, not in pain and was aware of what staying in the labour unit may be like for a mom with no baby and did not want to cause me more distress.
