Very professional service. Have used them both for chimney sweep work as well as installation of a new fireplace insert. High quality work all around.
I just want you to know how great the new insert is. The installation crew did an outstanding job. We had an issue with the air control getting stuck but after I inquired about it. Kenny can to our house and checked it out and contacted Regency to arrange for a new unit which was installed and is operation flawlessly. I would recommend Ingelnook to anyone that is looking for wood stoves or inserts. Thanks again for a job well done. Frank
The other big hearth and hardware store in town jerked me around for four months and charged me a lot of money and did nothing with it, but Inglenook fixed my fireplace in 40 minutes. They were quick and professional. Highly recommended.
